It takes a lot of people who are doing great things in our community in order to make an impact. My goal is to partner with as many organizations doing good things as possible. Therefore it only makes sense to put my money where my mouth is and offer this service to anyone I do business with.
Do you have an organization in mind that you would like to benefit while buying or selling a home? If not, I encourage you to really think about who's doing what in your community and find out which organization aligns with your worldview and take advantage of this form of philanthropy.
Truth is, there are many needs in our communities and no one person can fix them, it takes collectives and organizations working together in order for change to come forth. We all can do more and it seems a small price to pay in order to know that I am doing something vs. doing nothing or volunteering my time solely.
Do I benefit from PR exposure for doing such donations? Yep, and I don't feel bad nor ashamed for it. Philanthropists are consistently making the most of opportunities do do good in our communities and I want to join the team of such individuals. Eventually a goal of mine is to donate 50% of my commissions but let's just take one step at a time, I still need to pay my bills. I look forward to partnering with your team to assist in impacting our West Michigan and beyond.
