FIRST THINGS FIRST

If your anything like most people I know and talk to on a daily basis, you simply don't know where to begin. The real estate industry can be complicated and some individuals are just waiting for someone who doesn't know enough to make educated decision. We have all heard a horror story or two about a shady agent or salespersons, and I want you to know that it's okay to be reluctant.

There's nothing wrong with being a skeptic, I get it. Most likely you have an intention or desire to buy a home, a piece of land, or an investment property. Naturally we turn to our friends, family, and Google to guide us along and that's great, I don't recommend against it. But imagine having all that AND a friend on the inside.

Truth is, unless you're intending to get into the business of real estate as an agent, appraiser, mortgage broker, investor, or inspector etc. There's only so much you need know, like knowing how to hire out the necessary services and how to make sure they are doing their job as your representative and agent .

If you have someone who understands your needs, knows the market, and knows how to handle any deal or situation that may arise. Then you are in good hands, but if that's not the case, real estate can get tricky and Zillow can only take you so far.

 

It's in your best interest to shop around and find someone you can connect with. Someone who knows how to make things happen, and can make things understandable. Someone who helps you get what you want accomplished while having fun.

Maybe that's me, maybe not. Either way If you're looking to accomplish some real estate goals whether, buying, selling, trading, etc., let's have a conversation about your options. I will only tell you the truth about your situation as I see it, and how it pertains to the industry to my knowledge.

I completely understand and sometimes use the service myself, although I do not recommend Zillow's market knowledge and it's information provided to the public. There's no point in fighting the current on this matter, so I made a work around.

 

It makes more sense to accept the current trends and supply REAL up to date information to my circle of influence.
